Animal Farm adapted book

I created this adapted book for a student who needs picture support in an inclusive 7th grade English class. Feel free to distribute to anyone you think may benefit from having access to this material.

There are two documents attached. The Animal Farm Story is the adapted book. I recommend printing this out and putting it into a binder using page protectors. You will need to make a front cover with the author's name and the title so the student can practice pointing these out to demonstrate knowledge of concepts about print.

The Reading Partner's Guide is for family members, peer partners, or paraeducators to use to ask the student comprehension questions (among other prompts) throughout the book. The Guide includes picture response menus for answers to all of the questions (for students who may not speak but who can recognize pictures). The Guide also includes a student self-monitoring tool to take data throughout the lessons.

Enjoy! Feel free to contact me with any questions.
